Hi, Jerry,
The logging file is “webapps\viewauditing\viewauditing.log”.
I guess your vCenter server doesn’t work or there is at least one pool which is not configured well. Can you please try the following steps:
1, Login your View administrator and verify your vCenter server configured well
2, Check your linked clone pools and full clone pools, if there is one pool that is not configured well(no snapshot or no parent VM), fix it.
Normally generating a snapshot report costs from 30 seconds to 2 minutes, depend on your number of snapshots.
