Hi Mathieu,
Can you attach your iPad to your mac via USB, open Safari, in Safari preferences under Advanced, select ‘Show Develop menu in menu bar’.
Under the develop menu, you should see an entry for your iPad, and in that menu, an entry for the Host Client tab in Mobile Safari (if not, open host client first). Click on that to open the developer tools, and then click on Console. Now attempt to open a console, and you should see some log messages come out. Can you post those log messages?
