I’m from Argentina and this is how to make it work… I had the same issues that you.
First at all, the file vim-types.dll is on the Update manager installation or VMware Converter. Then, when you are collecting all the files to put it together on the same folder you need to think on the machine where you will run the script. If you will run the script from 32 bit Windows, for example, you need to take the OpenSSL files from the OpenSSL 32 bits installation. And when I took the files VMOMI.DLL and VMACORE.DLL, I did from vCenter and the VIM-TYPES.DLL from converter and IT DIDN’T WORK… BUT, when I took the THREE files from the vConverter IT WORKS!!
Then, to read the txt file that I export with the >log.txt at the end of the line script (syntax: permissions IP port user) y upload it to excel separated by comas.
