well after struggling with it for 2 hours I finally got it to work with my vCenter 5.1 deployment test environment.
definitely “unsupported” in every sense of the word. lots of head scratching and WTF?
would not use this in a production environment – incomplete development work, not patched (especially security patches) and generally unreliable.
but fun to play with and a great way to waste a rainy Saturday night.
